Order Details
FIRST ORDER Per Annual Season - Min. $250.00 (2 Per Style Per Color)
During Peak Season orders ship via shipping windows with a start date and a completion date. The most current shipping window is provided at time of order placement and orders are shipped between these designated shipping windows. Lead time on average is 12 to 14 days from receipt of your order. Pre-Planned lead time for your order is highly rcommended to you during Peak Season.

Order Minimum
Two pieces per style number per color with a $250.00 total. (No ones except for prepacks.)
Re-Orders
Two pieces per style number per color with a $100.00 total. (No ones except for prepacks.)
All items are shipped in quantities of two’s. We do not ship ones. This does not mean two different styles within a group (one each). It must be two pieces in any one style within any group. Any PO’s received with less than the minimum, cannot be accepted. Contact person, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address must be included. Staying within these guidelines allows us to process your order without delays.

NET 30 Terms granted only by approved Credit. Past Due accounts are charged a 2% service charge monthly.

Backorders & General Information
All Backordered products will be indicated on your invoice. Backorders of less than $100 will be automatically canceled without notice. If you would like to keep backorders on file, please request at the time of placing your order. Backorders of over $100 will be shipped as soon as received from manufacturer. Chart rate will be charged for shipping. Backorders will ship ground service unless otherwise requested. Prices are subject to change. Backorders normally ship out in two to three weeks time after your original shipment.
Damages & Returns
All damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returns will not be accepted without an (RA) return authorization number marked on the outside of any box or package that are returned. Sun 'N' Sand can only accepts returns due to manufacturer defect and not due to any form of customer neglect or abuse. Credit will be issued upon receipt & inspection of goods. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
