All discrepancies and damage claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Returns will not be accepted without an (RA) return authorization number 
marked on the outside of any box or package that are returned at your own expense. 
Sun 'N' Sand can only accepts returns due to manufacturer defect and not due to any
 form of customer neglect or abuse. Credit will be issued upon receipt & inspection of goods.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
